Our phone hours are Noon to 4:00PM, Pacific time, Monday through Friday. If you call us during those hours and receive no answer, leave a message. I will return your call as soon as possible. You can also contact us with this form, but it may take as much as a week or more to get back to you. Phone is always the fastest.

If you wish to visit us, you must first call, during business hours, and make an appointment. As our shop is not open to the public, if you show up without an appointment you will find a locked gate and no one available to let you in. As our facility is well off of the beaten path, we don't want to have you waste a trip here for nothing, even though we always enjoy seeing your smiling face. 

Shipping: If you need to ship us something, it is very important that you call us first. this is to avoid your chosen shipper encountering the aforementioned locked gate. In other words, if you don't call us first to arrange for your shipment to be received, it will likely be returned to you undelivered.
